Territorial war medal, British War medal, Allied (Victory) medal, Croix de Guerre with bronze star gained November 1917 at Armentieres, Military Cross 3 October 1918. Territorial Decoration 1921. Appointed in 1930 medical officer of St. John Ambulance Brigade, Devon. In Masonry he was a Past Provincial Grand Warden of Devon. He and his wife lived after 1928 at Elmfield, Bear Street, Barnstaple.
